    Optimization of the coarse slime separation process and equipment at Huaibei Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对淮北选煤厂粗精煤灰分偏高的问题,阐述了粗精煤回收工艺,并从工艺环节及设备方面对粗精煤灰分偏高的原因进行了分析,通过改善设备管理、完善工艺环节等系列措施后,粗精煤中<0.25 mm高灰细泥的含量明显降低,避免了重介精煤背灰,提高了经济效益。

       

      Abstract: For tackling the problem relating to the relatively high ash of the cleaned coarse slime, the paper starts with an introduction to the coarse slime recovery system and then goes to make an analysis of the factors causing the high ash of the cleaned coarse slime, proceeding from the treating process and equipment aspects. Through adoption of a series of measures, such as improvement of equipment management and perfection of separation processes, there is no need for the heavy medium separation system to produce a clean coal product with an unnecessarily low ash because of the reduction of the content of < 0.25 mm high-ash fine coal and the significant drop of the ash of coarse slime. This is much beneficial, therefore, to the improvement of economic performance of the plant.
