    煤岩显微组分的选择性絮凝浮选分离试验研究

    Experimental study on selective separation of macerals using flocculation-flotation combined process

    • 摘要: 以神府煤为研究对象,通过浮选分离富集煤岩显微组分,将絮凝和浮选过程相结合,以提高煤岩组分的浮选分离效果。试验探索了捕收剂和絮凝剂类型对煤岩组分的浮选分离效果,进一步考察了捕收剂和絮凝剂相结合对煤岩组分浮选分离效果的影响。研究结果表明: 以阳离子型捕收剂为浮选药剂时,浮选分离效果较好,其中以十二胺为捕收剂时,浮物镜质组富集率和沉物惰质组富集率最高,分别可达 83. 29% 和 47. 44% ; 以聚合氯化铝为絮凝剂进行絮凝浮选时,浮选分离效果较好,当以十二胺为捕收剂、聚合氯化铝为絮凝剂时,浮物镜质组富集率和沉物惰质组富集率分别可达到 93. 29% 和 50. 79% 。

       

      Abstract: The study is made with the coal produced by Dagaoliang Mine as the object. The study is directed toward the enrichment of macerals by using flocculation-flotation combined process for achieving a better result in separation of maceral through flotation process. The effect on flotation performance produced by different types of collectors and flocculants and the combined use of these 2 types of reagents are extensively investigated. Result of test shows that: with the use of cationic collector, a better separation result can be expected, and a highest rate of enrichment of float vitrinite and sink inertinite can be attained with the use of amino dodecane as collector, which are up to 83. 29% and 47. 44% respectively; when flocculation-flotation process is made with aluminum polychloride as flocculant, a satisfactory separation result can be achieved, and with the combined use of amino dodecane and aluminum polychloride as flocculant, the enrichment rate of the abovementioned vitrinite and inertinite goes up to 93. 29% and 50. 79% respectively.
