    动力用煤的各粒级原料煤及选煤产品密度与灰分关系研究

    A study on density-ash correlation of various size fractions of raw coal feed and cleaned products in preparation of thermal coal

    • 摘要: 基于重介质旋流器单机检测试验的原料煤和选煤产品的原始数据,通过回归分析的方法推导出两者正相关关系良好,并得出截距a和斜率b均很接近的各粒级煤炭的密度与灰分回归方程48个,采用数理统计t检测法对回归方程进行了核算。结果表明:50~0.5 mm综合粒级原料煤(密度范围1.60~2.10 kg/L)的密度与灰分回归方程可靠性高,可以用来预测各粒级煤炭产品的密度。

       

      Abstract: Based on the original data of the raw coal feed and products obtained through washing with a stand-alone H.M. cyclone, 48 regression equations expressing the positive density-ash correlations of different coal size fractions with a nearly the same intercept a and slope b are derived through regression analysis, and the results obtained are checked through t-test with the method of mathematical statistics. Result of analysis shows that the density-ash regression equation of the 50-0.5 mm composite size raw coal feed with a density ranging from 1.60-2.10 kg/L can be used to predict the density of various size factions of coal.
