    储煤设施容量计算方法与适用性研究

    Study of the methods and their applicability for calculating storage capacity of coal storage facilities

    • 摘要: 为了提高储煤设施选择的准确性,对目前工程设计和生产现场常用的储煤设施容量计算方法进行分析,并对其适用性进行研究。研究表明:对于几何结构较为简单的储煤设施,宜采用公式法计算其容量;对于空间结构复杂、计算工作量大、对数据精度要求高的储煤设施,宜选用模型法计算其容量;对于圆筒仓等经验数据丰富的储煤设施,宜选用经验法计算其容量。在实际应用中应根据适用条件,为封闭储煤场、圆筒仓、球仓等储煤设施选择合理的容量计算方法。

       

      Abstract: In order to attain a higher accuracy in the selection of a coal storage facility, an analysis in made of the methods that are generally used currently in engineering design and on site for calculating the capacity of a coal storage facility, as well as the applicability of each method. Result of study shows that: for a coal storage facility with a simple geometric structure, its capacity should be preferably calculated by using formulaic method; for a coal storage facility of complex spatial structure and where the calculation requires a heavy workload and a high accuracy, the model method should be used; while for the determination of the capacity of a silo, the empirical formula should be appropriately used because of the availability of ample empirical data. In summary, the storage capacity of a coal storage facility, such as the enclosed storage yard, spherical bunker and silo should be determined by using the most applicable method.
