    Study of rewashing of crushed middlings at Hecaogou Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决中煤夹矸带煤较为严重的问题,延安市禾草沟煤业有限公司选煤厂通过中煤再选工艺、可选性和经济效益的分析,提出将重介中煤破碎至13 mm,采用有压三产品重介质旋流器分选,煤泥由原有浮选系统回收的中煤再选的优选方案,从而达到优化选煤厂产品结构、提高企业经济效益的目的。

       

      Abstract: A serious problem facing the plant is the presence of a lot of intergrown coal in middlings. To address this issue, following an analysis of the washability of middlings and its rewashing process, as well as the economic benefit that can be gained, an optimum process as follows is proposed: rewashing of the middlings product of the heavy medium separation system by pressure-fed 3-product heavy medium cyclone after being crushed to 13 mm, and the coal slime is sent to the existing flotation circuit for recovery, for the optimization of product structure and improvement of economic performance.
