    空间曲面溜槽参数化设计的研究与应用

    Study and application of parametrized design of spatial surface chute

    • 摘要: 介绍了空间曲面溜槽参数化设计系统组成、设计流程与设计优点。宏景塔一矿块煤仓内螺旋溜槽设计实例表明,与常规设计方法相比,参数化设计方法可使设计周期缩短80%以上,并且检查、校核省时省力,在提高工作效率的同时,也提高了图纸质量,并有利于产品质量的提升。

       

      Abstract: An introduction is made in the paper to the make-up of the parametrized spatial surface chute design system, and the flowsheet and advantages of the design system. Result of the design of the spiral chute for use in the coal storage silo of Hongjingta No.1 Mine indicates that the time cycle of parametrized design can be shortened to less than one-fifth of that required for the design with conventional method, and less time and labor are required for the checking of the design. While increasing working efficiency, the quality of the drawings is improved as well, beneficial to the improvement of the quality of designed product.
