    Selection of the power coal intensive screening equipment

    • 摘要: 为了降低分选下限,合理选择动力煤深度分选关键筛分设备,对弛张筛、高幅筛及交叉筛三种筛分设备进行了介绍,并从设备的筛分原理、技术特点、设备功耗及设备价格等方面进行了对比和总结,从而为选煤厂合理选择筛分设备起到参考作用。

       

      Abstract: In order to further drop the lower size limit of separation and make optimum selection of the key screening equipment for use in power coal intensive cleaning process, the paper presents a detailed introduction to three screening equipment, i.e. flip-flop screen, high-amplitude screen and cross screen. Following that, a summary and comparison are made of the working principle, technical features, power consumption, maintenance requirements and prices of the above-cited screens, which may serve as a reference for the optimal selection of screening equipment for use in coal preparation plants.
