    石板选煤发电厂提高难选煤分选效果的实践

    The practice applied for improving difficult-to-wash coal separation performance at Shiban Coal Preparation & Power Plant

    • 摘要: 为了提高石板选煤发电厂内调煤的分选效果,以外购的少量优质煤与内调的难选煤掺配,实现配煤洗选;根据实际生产需要,对洗选设备、选煤工艺、药剂制度等进行优化。在对生产系统优化后,配煤洗选效果明显提高,选煤数量效率由95%提高到98%以上,经济效益显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the performance in separation of the difficult-to-wash raw coal produced by the mines under the company, a small proportion of the quality coal coming from external sources is blended with such raw coal for improved separation effect. To cater to the specific needs in separation of the blended coal, work is made on optimization of the washing equipment, washing process and flotation reagent regime. The use of the optimized washing system has led to a noticeably improved raw coal treating performance as evidenced by the rise of organic efficiency from 95% to over 98%, bringing about, hence, a favorable economic result for the company.
