Abstract:
An introduction is made in the paper to the structure, working principle and separating process of the intelligent TDS dry cleaning machine, as well as the result of its field application at Huozhou Coal Mine. As evidenced by result of test made with a stand-alone machine and practical application, with the use of the machine for treating 300-50 mm raw coal, the organic efficiency is as high as 94.45% with an
Ep of 0.048; when separation is made at a density of 1.80 g/cm
3, the proportion of total misplaced materials is 4.73%, that of the loss of coal in refuse is 1.34% while that of refuse in coal is 5.32%, well demonstrating its good performance. The use of the machine has led to a save of both initial capital and operating costs.
