    TDS智能干选机在干河煤矿的应用

    Application of the Intelligent TDS dry cleaning machine at Ganhe Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 阐述了TDS智能干选机的结构、工作原理和分选过程,并介绍了其在干河煤矿的实际应用情况。生产实践表明:TDS智能干选机分选300~50 mm粒级原煤的数量效率可达94.45%,EP值为0.048;在分选密度为1.80 g/cm3条件下,总错配物含量为4.73%,矸石带煤率为1.34%,煤中带矸率为5.32%,使用效果良好,不仅降低了投资,且节约了生产费用。

       

      Abstract: An introduction is made in the paper to the structure, working principle and separating process of the intelligent TDS dry cleaning machine, as well as the result of its field application at Huozhou Coal Mine. As evidenced by result of test made with a stand-alone machine and practical application, with the use of the machine for treating 300-50 mm raw coal, the organic efficiency is as high as 94.45% with an Ep of 0.048; when separation is made at a density of 1.80 g/cm3, the proportion of total misplaced materials is 4.73%, that of the loss of coal in refuse is 1.34% while that of refuse in coal is 5.32%, well demonstrating its good performance. The use of the machine has led to a save of both initial capital and operating costs.
