    田庄选煤厂末煤分选系统优化实践

    Optimization of the small coal cleaning system at Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决田庄选煤厂末精煤“背灰”影响精煤总产率的问题,在对内在原因及其影响分析的基础上制定了优化方案。生产实践表明:在减少块精煤灰分波动,改善CSS精煤脱泥效果及调整浮选系统操作后,精煤质量得到提升,精煤产量也有所提高。

       

      Abstract: The problem facing the plant is that the yield of clean coal is limited because of the necessity to keep the ash of clean small coal to a level much lower than necessary. Following an analysis of the inherent causes and influential factors, an optimum scheme for tackling the problem is worked out. Practice shows through reducing fluctuation of ash of coarse clean coal, improving desliming efficiency of CSS and regulation of operation of flotation system, the quality and yield of clean coal is much enhanced.
