煤泥破碎搅拌机在付村选煤厂精煤均质中的应用

Application of the coal slime breaker-mixer for homogenization of clean coal at Fucun Coal Preparation Plant

摘要: 针对浮选精煤与重介精煤掺混不匀而造成的外销精煤质量不均匀的问题，付村选煤厂通过采用煤泥破碎搅拌机，实现了对浮选精煤和重介精煤的有效掺混，提高了外销精煤质量的均匀性，减少了销售中的数质量纠纷，取得了良好效果。

Abstract: The saleable clean coal is inconsistent in quality. To address this issue, a slime breaker-mixer is used for effective blending of flotation concentrate and clean coal product of heavy medium separation system. The use of the equipment has led to higher quality consistency of commercial clean coal and less dispute over both quality and quantity of product sold.
