    YTG-3跳汰机在南桐矿业公司选煤厂南桐厂区的应用

    Application of the YTG-3 jigging machine at the Nantong section of Chongqing Nantong Mining Company Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决南桐厂区YTG-3跳汰机排料轮经常被卡塞的问题,根据入选原煤粒度上限高的实际情况,对跳汰机的排料轮与活动挂板之间的宽度进行调整。生产实践表明:在对其调整后,排料轮经常被卡塞的问题得到彻底解决,分选效果明显提高,且工艺性能完全满足生产要求。

       

      Abstract: The star-wheel extractor of the YTG-3 jigging machine used in the Nantong section of Nantong Coal Preparation Plant is frequently jammed up in operation due to treatment of a raw coal feed with an extended upper size limit. To tackle this problem, the clearance between the wheel extractor and the movable hanger plate is readjusted. Practice shows that through the readjustment made, apart from a thorough elimination of the frequent blocking of the extractor wheel, there can be seen a noticeable improvement of working performance which is well up to the requirement.
