    块煤防破碎技术集成在刘河选煤厂的组合应用

    Combined application of integrated coarse coal anti-breakage techniques at Liuhe Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了提高块煤产率,实现增产创收,刘河选煤厂从块原煤、块精煤转载、运输、筛分、入仓、销售等方面入手,通过一系列防破碎技术和管理措施的组合应用,提高了块煤产率,块煤限下率由18.98%降至5.20%,洗小块限下率由21.90%降至6.90%,块煤综合产率比改造前提高了3个百分点,达到了增产创效的目的。

       

      Abstract: In order to increase the yield of coarse coal for attaining increase of production and economic revenues, a series of anti-breakage techniques and management measures are applied in combination in coarse raw coal and clean coal transfer, handling, screening, bunkering and marketing links. Practice shows that through the use of integrated techniques, the yield of coarse coal is much increased due to reduction of rate of breakage of coal in the abovementioned processes, with a drop of the rate of undersize of coarse coal from 18.98% to 5.20% and that of the undersize of smaller coal from 21.90% to 6.90%. The composite yield of coarse coal is 3 percentage points higher than that before renovation, well attaining the expected result.
