    Design of the main equipment on-line monitoring system at Zhangjiamao Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了提高张家峁选煤厂设备完好率,减少停机时间和降低维修成本,结合主要设备的布局和监测要求,在工业以太网和iFix监测监控软件的基础上,设计出设备在线监测系统。系统安装调试后,实现了主要设备运行状态的实时监测、状态记录、故障报警及历史数据查询等功能,为及时发现设备隐患、管理设备信息及确保设备正常运行奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: With an aim to enhance the rate of equipment in good condition, and reduce the downtime and maintenance cost, an equipment on-line monitoring system is designed according to the equipment layout and monitoring requirements of the plant, based on industrial Ethernet and iFix monitoring and control software. Practice shows that after installation and commissioning of the monitoring system, a multiple of functions can be performed by the system, including main equipment operating status real-time monitoring and recording, failure alarming and historical data query. This provides a solid basis for timely detection of hidden troubles of equipment, providing equipment management information and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment.
