    煤泥水絮凝沉降效果影响因素研究

    Study on the factors influencing the effect of sedimentation of coal slurry through flocculation

    • 摘要: 通过综合流场环境因素,研究了凝聚剂和絮凝剂的药剂用量、流场类型、流场能量输入和药剂作用时间对煤泥水絮凝沉降效果的影响,确定出煤泥水絮凝沉降的最优条件。试验结果表明:影响煤泥水絮凝沉降效果的因素由大到小依次为流场类型> 流场能量输入> 药剂用量> 药剂作用时间;流场类型和流场能量输入是决定煤泥水沉降效果最关键的因素;径流式流场比轴流式流场、混流式流场更有利于煤泥水絮凝沉降,当径流式叶轮转速为400 r/min时,煤泥水絮凝沉降效果相对最好。

       

      Abstract: A study is specifically made of the effect on settling of coal slurry produced by the following factors: comprehensive flow field environmental factors, dosages of flocculant and coagulant, type of flow field, flow field energy input and acting time of agents, so as to define the optimum coal slurry settling conditions. Test result shows that: the most prominent influential factor is the type of flow field, followed by energy input, dosage of agent, and acting time of agent, in terms of degree of influence; the type of flow field and flow field energy input are the most crucial factors; compared with the radial, axial and mixed flow fields, the latter is most beneficial to the settling of coal slurry through flocculation; and a relatively good slurry sedimentation result can be obtained with the radial-flow impeller running at a speed of 400 r/min.
