    上升水流对干扰床分选机分选效果的影响分析

    Analysis of the effect of upward current on performance of teetered-bed separator

    • 摘要: 阐述了干扰床分选机的结构、工作原理及技术特点。为了研究上升水流对干扰床分选机分选效果的影响,在申家庄煤矿选煤厂对其进行了工业试验。试验结果表明:随着上升水流流量的增大,干扰床分选机的溢流灰分先降低后升高,且高灰细粒煤是影响精煤灰分的主要因素。最后从选择干扰床分选机的上下级设备方面提出合理的建议。

       

      Abstract: Following an introduction to the structure, working principle and technical features of the teetered-bed separator(TBS), the paper goes to elaborate on the industrial test made at Shenjiazhuang Coal Mine Washery on the effect of upward current on performance of TBS. As evidenced by test result, with the increase of the flow of upward current, the ash of the overflow of TBS is seen to first drop down and then go up, and the presence of high-ash fine coal is a major factor affecting the ash of clean coal product. At the end of the paper, the approaches for optimum selection of upstream and downstream equipment of TBS are proposed.
