    新型浮选剂在朝川焦化选煤厂的探索性应用

    Exploratory application of novel flotation agent at Chaochuan Coking Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了提高煤泥浮选效果,以朝川焦化选煤厂的煤泥为对象,采用新型浮选剂——起泡剂FQB-Ⅰ和捕收剂FMD-Ⅱ进行工业性浮选试验,并与添加煤油、杂醇的煤泥浮选效果进行对比。试验结果表明:以FQB-Ⅰ和FMD-Ⅱ作为浮选剂,且在FMD-Ⅱ中掺入体积比为20%的煤油时,煤泥浮选效果较好,不但浮选剂用量较少,而且浮选精煤质量稳定。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the flotation performance, industrial test is made on the flotation of the fine coal of the plant using novel FQB-I frother and FMD-II collector, and the result obtained is compared with the process of using kerosene and heteroalcohole. As evidenced by test result, with the use of FQB-I and FMD-II and the addition of kerosene in FMD-II at a volume ratio of 20%, a much improved flotation result with less consumption of reagent and consistency of concentrate quality can be obtained.
