    煤泥弧形筛分离粒度与筛缝相关性研究

    A study on the correlation between separation size and aperture size of coal slime sieve bend

    • 摘要: 基于弧形筛分级原理及筛面颗粒运动规律,结合试验数据的数值拟合,对弧形筛分离粒度与筛缝的相关关系进行了探索。研究结果表明,推导出的煤泥弧形筛分离粒度与筛缝的相关关系式为d=k·L,其中k取值为0.534~0.732,这一公式为选煤工程设计中煤泥弧形筛的选型提供了一套简便计算方法,同时也为选煤设计精细化提供了保障。

       

      Abstract: In order to define the relation between the separation size and aperture size of coal slime sieve bend, an analysis is made of the working principle and the law governing the motion of particles on the surface of the sieve bend. Then based on the result of analysis and through numerical fitting of the test data, the above-mentioned relationship is investigated. Result of the study shows that the said relation between the two can be expressed by d=k·L, where the value of K is in a range of 0.534~0.732. The expression derived provides a simple and convenient calculation means for optimum selection of sieve bend in coal preparation engineering design, as well as a guarantee for realizing fine design of coal preparation plant.
