摘要: 为了提高大型振动筛的可靠性，从制造工艺方面对影响其主要零部件可靠性的因素进行分析，并针对制造工艺中存在的缺陷提出改进措施，进而为提高大型振动筛的可靠性积累经验。

Abstract: For enhancing the reliability of large-sized vibrating screen, an analysis is made of the effect of manufacturing engineering on reliability of principal parts of the screen, and the measures for correcting the manufacturing engineering-related deficiencies or imperfections are proposed, so as to accumulate the experience required for enhancing the reliability of large-sized vibrating screen.
