    骆驼山选煤厂煤泥水系统改造实践

    Practice of the renovation of the coal slurry water treatment system at Luotuoshan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决骆驼山选煤厂浮选精煤灰分高、尾矿灰分低、浮选精煤水分偏高的问题,在充分调研的基础上,将原有的一次浮选工艺改造为部分二次浮选工艺,将原浮选精煤快开式压滤机一段脱水工艺改造为卧式沉降过滤离心机+快开式压滤机两段脱水工艺。通过技术改造,浮选精煤灰分降低了0.5个百分点,浮选尾矿灰分提高约10个百分点,综合精煤水分降低了1个百分点。

       

      Abstract: The problems facing the plant involve high ash and high moisture of flotation concentrate and low ash of tailings. To address these problems, the following technical transformation work is made following a thorough investigation and analysis: change of the single flotation system originally used to a double one; and application of the two-stage concentrate dewatering process with screen-bowl centrifuge + rapid-open filter press instead of the single-stage dewatering process using filter press only. Through technical innovation, there can be seen a respective drop of the ash and moisture of flotation concentrate by 0.5 percentage point and 1 percentage point with a rise of ash of tailings by 10 percentage points.
