    城郊选煤厂块煤再选系统改造实践

    Renovation of the coarse coal rewashing system of Chengjiao Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 为了解决因块煤系统两产品洗选工艺的局限导致矿井煤质中天然焦等中间产物不能有效分离的问题,在对天然焦等中间产物性质分析的基础上,城郊选煤厂提出在块煤再选系统中将三产品代替两产品分选工艺的改造方案。生产实践表明,改造方案实施后,提高了选煤厂块煤产品质量,优化了矸石产品存储和销售环节,避免了产品质量纠纷问题。

       

      Abstract: Because of the limitations of the plant′s coarse coal 2-product washing system, the natural coke, a kind of intermediate product intergrown with coal, cannot get effectively separated. To tackle this problem, based on the result of analysis of the property of the natural coke, work is made on the innovation of the coarse coal rewashing system with an aim to turn the 2-product washing system into a 3-product one. Practice shows that in addition to the improvement of the refuse product storage and marketing links, the quality of coarse coal product is much improved, eliminating therefore the trouble of quality-related disputes.
