    天能公司选煤厂介耗管控探索实践

    Exploratory study and practice of the measures for reduction of medium consumption at Tianneng Company′s Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对天能公司选煤厂介耗高的问题，在对原因分析的基础上，根据现场生产情况，从技术方面和管理方面采取措施，对生产系统介耗进行管控。在采取管控措施后，吨原煤介耗从2.67 kg降至1.25 kg，有效降低了生产成本。

       

      Abstract: To address the problem relating to the plant′s high medium consumption, medium consumption management and control measures are adopted in both technical and managerial aspects, based on the result of an analysis of the causes of high medium consumption, and in line of the specific operating conditions. The adoption of the measures has led to effective reduction of medium cost because of the decrease of medium consumption per ton of raw coal treated to 1.25 kg from 2.67 kg.
