    陈四楼选煤厂实现洗选效益最大化的实践

    Optimum washing scheme adopted at Chensilou Coal Preparation Plant for maximization of economic benefit

    • 摘要: 针对陈四楼选煤厂时常出现生产末精煤经济效益低于末原煤的倒挂问题,为了实现洗选效益的最大化,结合该厂实际的生产情况, 从原煤煤质、末原煤价格和末精煤价格三者的变动方面对不同产品结构下的经济效益进行对比,提出全级入选与分级入选进行产品结构调整的计算方法。实践结果表明,当煤炭市场价格和原煤煤质波动时,选煤厂应根据实时价格测算及时调整产品结构。

       

      Abstract: More often than not, the economic benefit gained by Chensilou Coal Preparation Plant through selling cleaned small coal is less than that for selling untreated raw small coal. For attaining an maximized economic efficiency, and in line of the specific operating conditions of the plant, a analysis is made on the variation of raw coal property as well as marketing pricess of both cleaned and uncleaned small coal products, and then the economic results that can be gained by selling the products of different structures are compared. The calculating methods for making product structure adjustment in the cases of washing both sized and unsized coal are proposed. Practice shows that once the marketing prices of coal and raw coal property fluctuate, the product structure is required to be accordingly readjusted in time according to real-time price calculation.
