    Practice of technical remolding of the washing process at Changtai Coal Company′s coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决昌泰煤业有限公司选煤厂工艺设计不合理的问题,在对原因分析的基础上,结合原煤特性,确定工艺改造方案。在工艺改造后,生产系统处理能力达到设计要求,精煤的灰分、水分和硫分满足高炉喷吹煤的质量要求;中煤发热量在14.65 MJ/kg左右,可以作为动力煤产品销售;中煤带精煤量少,矸石发热量低,原煤分选效果良好。

       

      Abstract: The Changtai company′s coal preparation plant is irrational in design. To address this problem, the scheme for remolding the washing process of the plant is defined based on the result of analysis of the causes and the property of raw coal. After implementation of the renovation schemes, the washing system has reached the designed capacity and the ash, moisture and sulfur of clean coal are well up to the requirement in quality for injection in blast furnace, and the middings product with a calorific value of 14.65 MJ/kg can be sold as power coal. Furthermore, the renovation has led to reduced loss of clean coal in middlings, reduced calorific value of middlings and noticeably improved raw coal separation result.
