    黄陵一号煤矿选煤厂精煤产品降水探索与实践

    Study and implemenation of the scheme for reducing the moisture of final clean coal product of Huangling No.1 Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决黄陵一号煤矿选煤厂精煤产品水分高的问题,在对精煤产品现状分析的基础上,探索精煤降水方案。生产实践表明:在对粗精煤、浮选精煤的生产条件调整后,粗精煤、浮选精煤的水分分别下降0.40个百分点和1.46个百分点,精煤产品水分可以控制在8.21%~10.59%之间。

       

      Abstract: In order to address the problem relating to the high moisture of the plant′s final clean coal product, a targeted scheme is proposed based on the result of analysis of the moisture of the clean coal product currently produced. Practice shows that through making re-adjustment of the processing conditions, the moisture of coarse product and flotation concentrate can be reduced by 0.40 and 1.46 percentage point respectively, and the moisture of the final clean coal product can be controlled in a range of 8.21%~10.59%.
