    朝川焦化选煤厂技术改造探讨

    Study and practice of technical transformation at Chaochuan Coking Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 为解决朝川焦化选煤厂煤泥水系统负荷过重,洗水恶化,浮选系统负荷大的难题,拟对煤泥水处理工艺进行改造,以减少煤泥积累,降低洗水浓度和次生煤泥含量,实现二段式分选到三段式分选的改造,进而提高分选效率,增加原煤入选量,降低生产成本,提高经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The Knotty problems facing the washery are heavy load of flotation system and coal slurry treatment system, and deterioration of wash water. Through technical transformation of the coal slurry treatment system, the density of wash water is much reduced due to reduction of volume of accumulated slime and secondary slime contained, making it possible to turn a two-stage washing process into a 3-stage one. Through the upgrading process, there has been seen an enhanced coal cleaning efficiency, increased amount of raw coal treated and improved economic result.
