    Study and application of the medium flow splitting system at Tongxin Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决在设备发生故障时开机率较低和合格介质分流操作中介耗较大的问题,通过对分流系统管路的改造和分流机构的改进,提高了各个设备的利用率和整个洗选系统的工作效果,使洗选系统的介耗进一步降低,进而使合格介质液位和密度始终保持在动态平衡中。

       

      Abstract: The troubles facing the plant involve a low rate of equipment capable of maintaining operation in the event whenever breakdown of any equipment occurs, and the high consumption of medium because of the trouble in operation of the qualified medium flow splitting system. Through remolding of the pipework and diversion mechanism of the splitting system, the utilization rate of each equipment and performance of overall coal cleaning system are noticeably enhanced, making it possible to effect significant reduction of medium consumption and ensure dynamic equilibrium of qualified medium in process system.
