    羊场煤矿选煤厂尾煤泥深度分选工艺流程设计

    Design of the process for intensive treatment of tailings at Yangchang Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决尾煤泥销售困难、污染环境以及干燥投资成本增加等问题,提出了一种尾煤泥资源化利用的新途径,将尾煤泥进行深度分选,回收其中的精煤或中煤,使尾矿灰分达到70%~80%,直接作为矸石砖厂的原料或掺入矸石将其废弃。此项技术既能回收尾煤泥中有用的资源,又能减少对环境的污染,通过测算,经济、社会效益显著。

       

      Abstract: For addressing the problems relating to difficulty in sales of tailings, environmental pollution and increase of capital cost of drying process, a new approach for turning the tailings into a useful resource for utilization is proposed, that is, to make intensive separation of tailings to recover concentrated coal or middings, and increase tailings ash up to 70%~80%. The latter is either used as brick-making material or discarded after being blended with refuse. The application of the technology makes it possible to recover useful coal resources and reduce environmental pollution. Result of calculation shows that a noticeably favorable social and economic benefit can be gained.
