提斗式电子智能浮选剂定量控制器的试验研究

    Research and development of the elevator bucket-type electronic intelligent flotation reagent constant dosage controller

    • 摘要: 为了实现浮选剂的自动、适时、定量添加,针对微型电磁阀和人工手动阀门加药时存在的问题,研制出一种提斗式电子智能浮选剂定量控制器,并分析了其在实验室的应用效果。试验结果表明:该控制器控制精度高,完全能够满足浮选剂自动、适时、定量添加的要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to effect automatic, timely and constant dosing of flotation reagent and tackle the problems encountered in the case of using micro electromagnetic or manually-operated valve, an elevator bucket-type electronic intelligent flotation reagent constant dosing controller is developed. The paper presents an introduction to the working performance of the controller as verified through laboratory-scale test. As evidenced by experimental result, the controller is high in control accuracy and well up to the requirements for automatic, timely and constant dosing of reagent.
