炼焦中煤的分级提质技术初探

    A preliminary study of the technology for classification and upgrading of washed coking coal middlings

    • 摘要: 为了挖掘稀缺焦煤资源潜力,选取山西西曲选煤厂炼焦中煤为研究对象,采用机械冲击粉碎-分级-提质技术,研究了不同系统参数条件下分级产品灰分、产率、粒度变化情况。结果表明:在不同系统参数条件下,分级产品的灰分和粒度从底渣产品到除尘器产品依次减小;粉碎机转速对产品的灰分和粒度影响较大,分级机转速和进气口风量对产品产率影响较大。单因素试验的最优参数分别为:粉碎机转速为2 600 r/min,分级机转速为800 r/min,进气口风量为0.5 m3/min;分级产品的灰分最低达到29.54%,较原煤降低12.3个百分点,除尘器产品d90约为30 μm,实现了较好的分级提质。

       

      Abstract: In order to tap the potential for better utilization of scarce coking coal resources, the washed coking coal middlings product of Xiqu Coal washery, Shanxi Province is selected as the object of study, and treated using the mechanical impact pulverization-classification-upgrading technology, so as to investigate the variation of ash, yield and size of each graded product under different operating conditions. Result of test indicates that under different operating parameters, the ash and size of all the products from slag to filter product tend to decrease in turn, and the speed and air inlet volume of the classifier exert a great influence on the yield of products. The optimum parameters obtained through single-factor experiment are as follows: speed of pulverizer -2 600 r/min; speed of classifier -800 r/min; air intake -0.5 m3/min. The minimum ash content of graded products is 29.54%, 12.3% lower than that of raw coal, and the d90 of filter product is around 30 μm, well demonstrating the effectiveness of the classification and upgrading integrated technology.
