WZYT1600卧式振动离心脱水机振动响应分析

    Analysis of vibration response of WZYT1600 horizontal vibrating centrifuge

    • 摘要: 为了探究WZYT1600卧式振动离心脱水机振动响应特性,根据多体动力学理论和拉格朗日法建立了纵向多体动力学模型,对WZYT1600卧式振动离心脱水机进行Matlab/Simulink仿真模拟。研究结果表明,该机初级振动体的双振幅为1.021 7 mm,二级振动体的双振幅为4.587 8 mm,模拟结果与实际情况相符;当激振频率在20~30 Hz区间时,二级振动体振幅较大且初级振动体振幅较小,是双质体振动较为理想的状态。

       

      Abstract: In order to probe into the vibration response characteristics of the WZYT1600 horizontal vibrating centrifuge, modeling is made of the centrifuge based on multibody dynamics theory and throush the sue of Lagrange method, for making Matlab / Simulink simulation. Study result indicates that: the double amplitude of the primary vibration mass is 1.021 7 mm while that of the secondary mass is 4.587 8 mm, with a simulated result in good agreement with the actually measured figures; the exciting frequency lies in a range of 20-30 Hz; and the secondary mass vibrates with an amplitude greater than the primary vibration mass, demonstrating that the double-mass is in an ideal vibration state.
