小直径改向滚筒筒皮改用无缝钢管的可行性研究

    Feasibility study on use of seamless-steel tube as the shell of the small-diameter guide pulley of belt conveyor

    • 摘要: 为了节约带式输送机小直径改向滚筒筒皮的生产成本,以无缝钢管作为研究对象,从设计强度、工艺流程、生产成本三方面分析,探索以其作为滚筒筒皮的可行性。结果表明:无缝钢管的结构强度能够满足要求,加工工艺简单,所需工时更少,可为企业节约一定的生产成本。

       

      Abstract: For saving the costs incurred in processing the shell of the small-diamete guide pulley of belt conveyor, a study is made on the use of seamless-steel tube as the pulley shell, and the shell's structural strength as well as its manufacturing process and cost are analyzed. Result of feasibility study shows that the structural strength of the pulley shell is well up to the requirement, and a considerable cost can be saved because of simplification of manufacturing process and less employment of manpower.
