基于EDEM的0630型分级破碎机结构优化

    Structural optimization of 0630 sizing crusher using EDEM method

    • 摘要: 为了解决小纪汗选煤厂精煤破碎系统存在的问题,提高精煤块煤率,在对精煤破碎系统现状分析的基础上,初步确定0630型分级破碎机的结构优化方案,并通过EDEM分析确定最佳优化方案。生产实践表明:对0630型分级破碎机结构优化后,45~6 mm粒级精煤的块煤率由41.25%提高到69.87%,销售收入大幅提高,设备维护量和劳动力成本均降低。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the troubles encountered in the operation of the clean coal crushing system of Xiaojihan Mine's coal washery, and to increase the coarse coal rate, an analysis is made of the present status of the existing crushing system. Based on the result of analysis, the schemes for structural optimization of the 0630 crusher are preliminarily proposed. Finally, the optimum scheme is defined through analysis using engineer discrete element method (EDEM). Practice shows optimization of the structure of the crusher has led to increase of the 45-6 mm coarse coal rate to 69.87 percent from 41.25 percent, drastic increase of sales revenues and reduction of equipment maintenance work and labor cost.
