Abstract: The paper starts with explanatory notes on the definition of the term entrusted operation and the different modes of this kind of operation practiced in domestic coal preparation plants. Then the principle for selection of specialized management company is determined, in light of the specific and actual conditions of the plant, and the present status of the domestic plants in entrusted operation. Following that, an analysis is made of the merits of the specialized management mode and the positive results obtained by the plant in application of this operation mode.
