从弃矸中回收低热值燃料煤的工艺研究与应用

    Study and application of the technological process for recovery of low-calorific value fuel coal from discarded refuse

    • 摘要: 为了减少矸石带煤的现象,格里坪选煤厂增加了矸石再选工艺环节。通过将原闲置SKT跳汰机的筛板倾角、排料轮控制方式等改造,并将斗式提升机溢流直接作为跳汰机循环水,减少了对原煤泥水系统的不良影响。生产实践表明,从矸石中回收的低热值燃料煤掺入中煤产品后,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: For reducing the loss of coal in refuse, a refuse rewashing system is added at Geliping Coal Preparation Plant. The primary equipment used in the system is a SKT jig which has been left used. For this purpose, work is made on the remolding of the jig, such as readjustment of its screen plate inclination angle, change of reject discharge wheel control mode, and direct use of overflow of bucket elevator as circulating water of the jig for reducing the adverse effect on the existing coal slurry treatment system. The low-grade coal recovered can be blended into middlings product, yielding for the plant a remarkable economic and social benefit.
