镇城底矿选煤厂降低介耗的实践

    The measures for reduction of medium consumption at Zhenchengdi Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对脱介筛脱介效率差、磁选机回收效率低、循环水浓度高等问题,镇城底选煤厂在弧形脱介筛入料方式,直线脱介筛挡水设施和喷嘴高度、大小,磁选机入料浓度、卸料方式等方面进行了改进,并优化了煤泥水处理的工艺。生产实践表明,改造后,介耗从2.62 kg/t降低为1.42 kg/t,满足了高效选煤厂介耗的指标要求。

       

      Abstract: Low efficiency of medium draining screen, underperformance of magnetic separator and high density of circulating water are challenges facing the plant. For coping with this situation, work is made on the renovation of the following aspects: Change of sieve bend's feeding mode, re-adjustment of height and size of nozzles and splash board of linear vibrating screen, and change of magnetic separator's feed pulp density and discharge mode. Practice shows that after renovation, the medium consumption is reduced from 2.62 kg/t to 1.42 kg/t, which is well up to the standard set for a high-efficiency coal preparation plant.
