两段两产品重介旋流器选煤工艺在金阳选煤厂的应用

    Application of the 2-stage 2-product heavy medium cyclone washing process at Jinyang Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 为确定金阳选煤厂分选工艺流程,对入选原煤煤质进行试验分析,结果表明,当分选精煤灰分为7.5%时,精煤产率在60%以上,原煤可选性属于较难选,当浮选精煤灰分在11.00%时,理论产率在86.00%,浮选精煤可燃体回收率为95.83%,判断煤泥的可浮性为极易浮,确定金阳选煤厂工艺流程为:预先脱泥有压两段两产品重介旋流器主选,<0.5 mm细煤泥采用机械搅拌浮选机分选,浮选精煤采用压滤回收。

       

      Abstract: For optimum selection of washing process for Jinyang plant, analysis is made of the property of the raw coal feed. Analysis shows that: when clean coal is required to have an ash of 7.5%, its yield is over 60%, denoting that the coal is relatively difficult to wash; and when flotation concentrate is required to have an ash of 11.00%, its theoretical yield is 86.00% with an recovery rate of combustible matter being 95.83%, indicating the slime is easily floatable. Based on result of analysis, an optimized washing process as follows is finally applied: washing of pre-deslimed raw coal using 2-stage 2-product H.M. cyclone as primary equipment ; processing <0.5 mm fine coal with mechanical agitation flotation cell; and recovery of flotation concentrate using filter press.
