Abstract: In order to solve the problem facing the plant's coal slime dewatering system, the combined dewatering process using LWZ solid-bowl centrifuge + filter press is proposed. After application of the renovated 2-stage thickening and 2-stage dewatering combined process, there has been seen reduced workload of filter press, decreased moisture and increased calorific value of middlings product, and noticeably improved economic efficiency. The process plays a positive role in in-depth clarification of washwater.
