大隆矿选煤厂重介系统介质密度控制方案分析

    Analysis of the heavy-medium separation system's medium density control scheme applied at the coal preparation plant of Dalong Mine

    • 摘要: 为了提高大隆矿选煤厂重介系统介质密度的稳定性,结合生产系统技术特点,将过程控制系统与原集控系统融合,采用专家经验控制和传统PID相结合的控制方式对介质密度进行控制,并采用基于闭环控制的PID控制方式对介质黏度进行自动控制。该系统已在大隆矿选煤厂投入运行,从生产效果定性观察,其能够实现重介系统介质密度的及时、有效调节。

       

      Abstract: For enhancing the medium stability of the plant's heavy medium separation system, a new design scheme of the automatic process control system is proposed based on the technical features of the existing washing system. Through this system, the regulation of medium density can be effected through integration of process control system and existing centralized control system, and the use of expert experience and traditional PID combined control method while the medium viscosity can be automatically regulated using closed-loop PID control method. As evidenced by qualitative analysis of the performance of the designed control system in practical operation at the plant, the medium density of the heavy medium washing system can be regulated in a timely and effective manner.
