    射流-搅拌耦合式煤泥浮选装置设计与试验研究

    Design and experimental study of the jet-agitation combined fine coal flotation device

    • 摘要: 为了解决微细煤泥难处理的问题,结合机械搅拌式浮选机与喷射式浮选机的特点,提出一种兼具两种浮选机多重优点的射流-搅拌耦合式浮选装置。试验结果表明:该装置能够剥离矿物表面的黏土矿物,对煤泥表面改性提供界面条件,同时对<0.250 mm细粒煤泥有良好的分选能力,各粒级精煤回收率均达到70%~80%,实现了设备节能降耗,提质增效的目的。

       

      Abstract: In view of the difficulties in separation of fine coal and the respective features of the mechanical agitation and jet flotation cells, the jet-agitation type flotation device that incorporates a multiple of the advantages of both versions is developed. Test result shows that: the clay minerals attached onto surface of coal particles can be effectively removed, providing, as a result, a favorable condition for coal surface modification; the machine is highly effective for separation of < 0.25 mm size coal; and the recovery of concentrate of each size fraction is as high 70%~80%. It well demonstrates that the use of the cell can lead to saving of energy, improvement of separation efficiency and upgrading of product.
