    难沉降煤泥水处理新技术研究现状及发展趋势

    State-of-the-art and developing trend of the new technologies for treating difficult-to-settle coal slurry

    • 摘要: 针对湿法选煤过程产生大量难沉降高泥化煤泥水的难题,在分析煤泥水难沉降原因及传统煤泥水沉降澄清技术存在问题的基础上,阐述了矿物-硬度法、疏水聚团、外电场辅助、微生物絮凝及磁种絮凝等煤泥水处理新技术研究现状,展望了难沉降煤泥水处理新技术的发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: During the wet cleaning process, a large amount of high-muddy difficult-to-settle coal slurry water is produced. To solve this knotty problem, following an analysis of the causes leading to the difficulty in treatment of the slurry water and the problems encountered in the application of traditional slurry water settlement and clarification techniques, a general survey is made of the state-of-the-art of the new techniques which involves the mineral-hardness method, hydrophobic aggregation, external electric field assistance, microbial flocculation and magnetic flocculation, among others. Finally, the paper looks to the developing trend of such new techniques for treating difficult-to-settle coal slurry water.
