    射流-搅拌耦合式煤泥浮选装置的能量转化研究

    Study on energy conversion mechanism of jet-stirring integrated fine coal flotation device

    • 摘要: 结合喷射式浮选机和机械搅拌式浮选机的特点,设计出一种射流-搅拌耦合式煤泥浮选装置,并从流体力学角度分析了该装置的工作原理,探讨了其吸气机理和射流驱动机理;从能量转化角度分析了其输入能量、输出能量和能量损失。研究结果表明,输入能量与入料流量相关,输入能量可转化成搅拌轴的动能和射流的末动能;能量损失主要包括壁面摩擦阻力、介质混合过程中能量交换以及射流冲击叶轮造成的能量损失。

       

      Abstract: A jet-stirring integrated fine coal flotation device which incorporates the special features of jet and mechanically-agitated flotation cells is developed, the working principle of the device and the suction and jet driving mechanisms involved are analyzed from the hydrodynamics aspect while the mechanism of energy conversion relating to energy input, energy output and energy loss is also investigated. Result of study indicates that; the input energy is related to inlet flow and can be converted into kinetic energy of the agitator shaft and the final kinetic energy of the jet; and the energy loss is mainly attributed to resistance of friction with wall surface, heat exchange in medium mixing process and impingement of jet on impeller.
