    新型捕收剂对淮北焦煤的浮选试验研究

    Experimental study on Flotation of Huaibei coking coal using novel collector

    • 摘要: 针对淮北地区焦煤的特点,采用BSF1920、BSF1927新型捕收剂和常用的柴油进行浮选试验,并通过浮选精煤产率、浮选精煤灰分、可燃体回收率和浮选完善指标对不同药剂用量下三种捕收剂的浮选效果进行了研究分析。结果表明:当起泡剂用量为60 g/t,柴油用量为400 g/t时,精煤产率为50.95%、灰分为10.00%,可燃体回收率为60.24%,浮选完善指标达到38.93%;当BSF1920用量为400 g/t时,精煤产率为70.03%、灰分为11.86%,可燃体回收率为81.10%,浮选完善指标达到46.34%;当BSF1927用量为300 g/t时,精煤产率为67.19%、灰分为10.88%,可燃体回收率为78.96%,浮选完善指标达到48.69%。

       

      Abstract: In view of the current situation in processing coking coal in Huaibei area, comparative test is made on flotation of the coal using the new collectors BSF 1920 and BSF 1927 and the commonly used diesel, and based on the data relating to concentrate yield and ash, recovery rate of combustible matters, and flotation perfection indicators obtained through the test, the flotation performance that can be attained with each kind of collector under varying dosages is analyzed. Comparison shows that: with the use of frother and diesel at dosages of 60 g/t and 400 g/t respectively, the yield and ash of flotation concentrate are 50.95% and 10.00% respectively with a combustible matter recovery rate of 60.24% and a floatation perfection indes of 38.93%; with the use of BSF 1920 at a dosage of 400 g/t, the above-cited figures are 70.03%, 11.86%, 81.10% and 46.34% respectively; and when BSF is used at a dosage of 300 g/t, the figures are respectively 67.10%, 10.88%, 78.96% and 48.69%.
