    金凤洗煤厂工艺升级改造实践

    Technical upgrading of washing process of Jinfeng Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 为解决现有生产能力不足,无法完成金凤矿井和金家渠矿井的原煤分选任务的问题,金凤洗煤厂在对原煤煤质资料充分分析的基础上,通过对比两种分选工艺,最终确定改造工艺为:块煤采用浅槽重介分选机分选、末煤采用有压两产品重介质旋流器分选的工艺,实现了两个矿井原煤灵活配煤入选、分时轮选的目的。

       

      Abstract: Because of the undercapacity of the existing washing system of Jinfeng Coal Washery, the raw coal produced by Jinfeng and Jinjiaqu mines fails to get completely and effectively treated.Based on analysis of raw coal property and through comparison of 2 alternative washing processes, the existing washing system is technically upgraded such that the coarse coal is treated with shallow-bath heavy medium separator while the small coal is processed using pressure-fed 2-product heavy media cyclone, so as to enable the raw coal of the 2 mines to be treated in blended manner flexibly and by turns in different time periods.
