    Optimization of the coal slime thermal drying system of Longhua Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决煤泥干燥系统存在酸性腐蚀、燃烧不充分和产品指标不稳定等问题,龙华煤矿选煤厂通过调整工艺流程、燃煤粒度和辅助设备等方法,有效解决了技术难题,取得了良好经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: Despite the fact that the use of the plant′s existing drying system has overcome the knotty problem in treatment of coal slime and yielded economic returns, yet other problems regarding acid corrosion, insufficiency of fuel coal combustion and inconsistency of dried product prop up. To address these problems, a series of measures such as re-adjustment of flowsheet of drying process, size of fuel coal and auxiliary equipment. Through the adoption of the technical measures, a favorable socio-economical result has been obtained.
