    潘一选煤厂水系统的优化改造

    Optimization of the Panyi Coal Plant′s water system

    • 摘要: 为解决原炼焦煤系统存在的一段浓缩机和循环水池容积小,导致二次浮选稀释水供应不足的问题,潘一选煤厂通过相应技术改造和生产系统的循环水用量,降低了二次浮选入料浓度,在保证浮选精煤灰分合格的基础上,提高了精煤产率,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: The problem confronting the plant′s coking coal washing system is the insufficiency of supply of dilution water to the secondary flotation circuit because of the limited volumes of 1st-stage thickener and circulating water pond.Through technical transformation, the consumption of circulating water of the overall washing system and the density of secondary flotation feed pulp are all reduced, bring about, therefore, a favorable social and economic result for the plant as the flotation concentrate is up to the standard in quality and a higher yield of clean coal can be obtained.
