    选煤厂压滤系统自动加药装置的设计与应用实践

    Design and application of the coal slime filter pressing system′s automatic flocculating agent dosing device in coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决选煤厂煤泥压滤过程中手动加药时药剂溶解速度慢、搅拌不均匀、工人劳动强度大的问题,在对压滤系统生产现状分析的基础上,设计出压滤系统自动加药装置。生产实践表明:该装置可以根据入料参数实时调节药剂用量,自动完成加药工序,且能够实现精准加药,减少药剂浪费,降低工人劳动强度。

       

      Abstract: The troubles with manual dosing of flocculating agent during filter pressing of coal slime involve slow dissolution rate and insufficient mixing of agent, and high labor intensity. To address this problem, an automatic agent dosing device is developed based on result of analysis of present operating status of filter press system. Practice shows that the device developed is capable of automatically executing agent adding process and making real-time and precise adjustment of agent dosage according to parameters of feed material, and its use can lead to reduction of waste of agent and labor intensity.
