    SCL-61D超声水表与S7-200PLC自由口通信的实现

    Realization of free port communication between SCL-61D ultrasonic water meters and S7-200 programmable controller

    • 摘要: 为了解决S7-200可编程控制器无法通过编程软件STEP 7-Microwin 4预设的通信协议直接读取SCL-61D超声水表数据的问题,根据S7-200可编程控制器自由口通信的定义和特点,提出依据SCL-61D超声水表通信协议规范,在S7-200可编程控制器中编写程序,采用自由口模式建立通信。生产实践表明:采用这种方法实现SCL-61D超声水表数据的读取后,两者之间的通信具有实时性、可靠性、稳定性。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the problem relating to the inability of the S7-200 programmable controller to directly read the data of the SCL-61 ultrasonic water meter via the communication protocol preset by the programming software STEP 7-Microwin4, it is proposed to first write a program in S7-200 controller in accordance with the definition and characteristics of the controller′s free port communication protocol and the SCL-61 D water meter′s communication protocol specifications, and then use the free port mode to set up the communication link. As the meter′s data can be read out by using this method real-time communication between the meter and controller can be made in a secure and reliable manner.
