    选煤厂自流管道公称直径的计算

    Calculation of nominal diameter of free-flowing pipe line in coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为了研究重力对自流管道中液流流速的影响和自流管道公称直径的选择,利用伯努利方程等公式,对两个具体实例中不同方案的液流流速进行了计算和分析。结果表明,重力能使自流管道中液流的流速增加较大,设计时可根据自流管道高差的大小,适当减小管道(或部分管道)的公称直径,以节省管道投资费用,并减轻其磨损。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of gravity on fluid flow velocity in freely-flowing pipe line and on selection of nominal diameter of such pipe line, calculation and analysis of the velocities of the fluid flow in two process pipe lines of different design schemes in field application are made by using the Bernoulli equation. Study result shows that the flow velocity can be greatly increased under the effect of gravity. Therefore, in design of a gravity-flow pipe line, the nominal diameter of the line or part of the line can be properly reduced according to height difference for reduction of initial capital cost and wear of pipe.
