    高硫煤浮选脱硫降灰试验研究

    Experimental study of desulfurization and ash reduction of high-sulfur coal through flotation process

    • 摘要: 为了探索高硫煤的脱硫降灰途径,以富县高硫煤为研究对象,对原料煤的灰分、硫分、煤中硫铁矿硫嵌布状态以及硫的可浮性进行了研究;通过浮选脱硫降灰试验,考察了球磨、超声波预处理、煤浆浓度、捕收剂类型及用量、起泡剂用量、抑制剂用量、刮泡时间等对高硫煤脱硫降灰效果的影响。试验结果表明:在浮选前对煤样进行球磨20 min、超声波预处理10 min,在矿浆浓度为50 g/L、捕收剂BET用量为200 g/t、起泡剂仲辛醇用量为100 g/t、抑制剂CaO用量为2 000 g/t、刮泡时间为2 min的条件下,浮选效果最好,从而说明对高硫煤进行适当预处理,可改善高硫煤的脱硫降灰效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to seek the way for sulfur removal and ash reduction of high-sulfur coal, experimental study is made on the ash content, sulfur content, and dissemination pattern and floatability of pyritic sulfur of the high-sulfur coal produced from Fuxian County. It is intended to explore the effect on sulfur removal and ash reduction of the coal exerted by such factors as pretreatment of raw coal through ball milling and inhibitor, and froth scraping time. Test result shows that a best result can be obtained under the following conditions: milling time-20 min, ultrasonic wave treatment time-10 min, pulp density -50 g/L, dosage of collector BET -200 g/L, dosage of inhibitor CaO -2 000 g/L, dosage of frother sec.-capryl alcohol- 100 g/t, and froth scraping time-2 min. It is demonstrated that a much improved sulfur removal and ash reduction result can be expected after the high-sulfur raw coal undergoes proper pretreatment prior to flotation process.
